Turtle Neck Kitchen is my concept of private dining. Ideally serving no more than 6 guests at most, I will have a few different themes, which all showcase a different tasting menu. Because I am currently attending Cornell University, I plan to make a restaurant inside my apartment and serve dinner guests in a turtle neck.
